She is a specialist in Labor Welfare and Labor Harassment of the project \u00abTrabajo Digno\u00bb, part of the Kallpa Foundation, since 2014 to date.

She is an expert in the accompaniment of people and grassroots organizations, labor motivation, employability counseling, preparation on subjects related to job search, resume, job interview, LinkedIn and vocational guidance.

She handles political advocacy on issues related to working women, informal work and harassment at work. She has 5 years of experience in the preparation, facilitation and organization of courses and workshops related to the labor area.
