Fedra Sanjinés has a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Mayor de San Simón, and is completing a master’s degree in Design and Management of International Cooperation Projects. She has postgraduate degrees in Higher Education based on Compendiums and Project Formulation.

She has 15 years of experience in the execution of public investment projects, in the educational area, labor insertion and entrepreneurship, with adolescents, young people and Mypes.
