Martine Greischer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Educational Sciences from the University of Luxembourg, and a Master’s degree in Social Work with a specialization in Human Rights from the Catholic University of Berlin/Germany. Additionally, she has a diploma in Labor Law and Social Security from the University of San Simón of Cochabamba/Bolivia.
Martine is Founder and Coordinator of the project ‘Trabajo Digno’ (since 2011), General Director of the Kallpa Foundation (since 2019) and Cooperant of the NGO OGBL Solidarité Syndicale of Luxembourg (since 2016). She has taught at postgraduate level at the Salesian University on employability and entrepreneurship issues.
She has more than 10 years of experience in the formulation, implementation, execution and evaluation of development projects, under the bottom-up approach, based on the context and the protagonism of the beneficiary population. Furthermore, she handles financial planning, and uses leadership as a tool for personnel management.
She knows how to accompany socially disadvantaged people, train different age groups, influence public policies and carry out research.
