Paola Encinas has a degree in Economics from the Universidad Mayor de San Simón with specialization in the area of entrepreneurship, counseling and training for PYMES.
She is a Business Management Specialist for the project Trabajo Digno, part of the KALLPA Foundation (since February 2022).
She has extensive experience in business management and market research, as well as in advising and accompanying socially disadvantaged people and professionals in relation to economic independence, as an alternative to generate income through their own business. She manages tools for the facilitation of workshops and courses on entrepreneurship topics to public and private entities, and for the incidence in public policies in favor of the entrepreneurial sector.
